"Mix the tight, intricate harmonies of the Hills, Herdman, Mangsen trio with the stylistic variety of the Four Bitchin' Babes, then add the zaniness and energy of the Chenille Sisters. You've just made Hot Soup!" Sue Trainor, Christina Muir, and Jennie Avila are Hot Soup! Their sweet, inventive harmonies on original and collected songs in a variety of styles and rhythms are firm favorites with the IMT audience.

Terry and Greg have devoted a tremendous amount of their time, energy, and music to environmental causes and are in great demand by environmental action and education organizations. Their musical work has supported the work of such notable groups as National Audubon Society, National Wildlife Federation, the National Wildlife Refuge System, the National Park Service, and Hudson River Sloop Clearwater. Earth Day 1998 found them performing at Harpers Ferry National Park where their well-known anthem, "We Belong to the Earth" was a perfect finale to a speech by President Clinton.

Nick Annis grew up in South Florida, and has done everything from selling ice cream from a truck to running a bakery and restaurant to selling kitchens to testing oil wells. Recently moved to the DC area, he says of his music: " ,EM>James Taylor taught me to listen, Paul Simon to phrase, Cat Stevens to play, and Robert Pirsig to think. "
"Nick Annis is quickly gaining recognition for his dry wit, his profound and sincere lyrics, and a voice that is often compared to James Taylor but with a soulfulness that is uniquely his own." Laurie Oudin, Main Street Café.

The Maryland Consumer Rights Coalition (MCRC) is a non-profit, state-wide, consumer organization that represents consumer interests on a broad spectrum of consumer issues through both educational and advocacy. It has gone to bat on fair credit, predatory lending, energy efficiency and conservation, and the regulation of guns, to name a few. As a membership organization it supplements its budget though grants and fundraisers such as this.
